Suniel Shetty has launched a new food delivery app called Waayu. The app will allow consumers to order food from over 1,500 restaurants across Mumbai, Pune, and Bangalore.

The app was launched at an event in Mumbai on Wednesday evening, where the actor said that he had “received numerous requests from people who wanted to use my name for various ventures.” “I have always been very selective when it comes to associating my name with a product, service, or cause. I am happy that I have found a partner in Waayu who shares the same vision as me and has made this venture possible,” he said.

This is not the first time that Suniel Shetty has backed a venture. In 2016, he launched a bottled drinking water brand called “Sunny Water” which was advertised by his son Tiger Shroff. The actor has also lent his name to a restaurant chain called “Suniel Shetty’s Veg World.
