FATEHPUR: A 15-year-old Dalit lady was allegedly raped by two males from her village in Fatehpur.
The 2 accused, Daya Shankar and Shami, have been arrested.
Police mentioned that the lady had gone to her sister’s home in a village in Kanpur just a few days in the past. Dayashankar and Shami went to the village on Tuesday and left with the lady on Wednesday.
Anirudh Dubey, Station Home Officer (SHO), Chandpur, mentioned that on their manner, the accused stopped their motorbike close to ITI Faculty in Jehanabad space, dragged the lady to a subject and raped her. Later, they dropped her dwelling, Dubey mentioned.
Based mostly on a grievance lodged by the lady’s father, a case was registered within the matter on Thursday and the accused had been arrested, he mentioned.
The lady has been despatched for medical examination, the SHO mentioned.
