New Delhi: Roadies Rebirth is already making headlines ahead of its upcoming season, with reports and social media buzz surrounding the show’s new gang leaders. While there had been speculation about Elvish Yadav’s absence, names such as Abhishek Malhan, Farrhana Bhatt and Baseer Ali were reportedly being considered for the new line-up.
Now, a leaked video from the Delhi auditions appears to have revealed Abhishek Malhan’s entry as a gang leader, while Farrhana Bhatt has confirmed that she will not be part of the upcoming season in the same role.
Abhishek Malhan Reportedly Introduced as New Gang Leader
The Roadies Rebirth auditions began on September 5, and footage from the Delhi auditions has quickly surfaced on social media.
In the viral clip, Ranvijay can reportedly be seen announcing Abhishek Malhan’s name as one of the new gang leaders. The footage also appears to feature Baseer Ali and VJ Bani as new additions to the gang leader panel.
Meanwhile, familiar faces including Prince Narula, Neha Dhupia and Nikhil Chinapa are reportedly returning.
The leaked footage has added further fuel to speculation surrounding the show’s upcoming season and Abhishek’s reported new role.
Abhishek Malhan Recently Appeared on The Traitors Season 2
Abhishek Malhan was recently seen in The Traitors Season 2, hosted by Karan Johar. Although he did not win the reality show and was eventually “murdered” by the Traitors, his strategy and gameplay received appreciation from viewers.
He particularly grabbed attention during the Circle of Shaq after accusing Harman Singha of being a Traitor. The move was praised by fans who considered Abhishek a strategic player.
Roadies Buzz Puts Bigg Boss 20 Speculation to Rest
Before the Roadies footage surfaced, there was also speculation that Abhishek Malhan could enter Bigg Boss 20.
However, his reported involvement in Roadies appears to have added clarity to those rumours. Abhishek had also previously addressed the speculation during an interaction with the paparazzi and confirmed that he would not be participating in Salman Khan-hosted Bigg Boss 20 as a contestant.
Farrhana Bhatt Confirms She Won’t Be a Gang Leader
Farrhana Bhatt was another name reportedly linked to the upcoming Roadies season as a possible gang leader. However, the actress has now put the speculation to rest through a social media statement.
Addressing fans who had been asking about her participation, Farrhana wrote:
“A little clarification for everyone who’s been asking me about Roadies, No, I won’t be a Gang Leader on this season of Roadies.”
She explained that she has decided to take a short break from physically intense and adventure-based reality shows after giving her all to Khatron Ke Khiladi.
Farrhana Says She Needs Time to Recharge
Explaining her decision further, Farrhana said that Khatron Ke Khiladi had taken a lot of her energy, strength and emotions. She added that she currently wants some time to breathe, recharge and explore other opportunities.
However, she made it clear that her decision does not mean she is giving up on adventure-based shows permanently.
“I’m sure there will be another time, another opportunity and another challenge,” she added.
With the Delhi auditions underway and the leaked footage creating buzz online, fans are now eagerly waiting for an official announcement regarding the complete Roadies Rebirth gang leader line-up.
