CHANDIGARH: The Punjab Vigilance Bureau (VB) on Wednesday, has arrested Punjab Residence Guard (PHG) volunteer Harjinder Singh, posted at Police Publish, village Lalton Kalan, Ludhiana district for accepting bribe of Rs 10, 000.
