Shahkot resident arrested for unlawful development on UK primarily based NRI’s plot

PHAGWARA: The Shahkot police have arrested a resident on the cost of unlawful development on NRI’s plot.

Investigating officer (IO) Kashmir Singh stated that the accused has been recognized as Mandan Lal a resident of Mannequin City Shahkot.

Kulwinder Singh a local of Stated Pur Jirri village and presently dwelling in England had complained to the police that the accused forcibly and illegally constructed a constructing on his plot in Mannequin City.

IO stated a case underneath part 447(legal trespass) of the IPC has been registered towards the accused and his son Rohit Arora who’s absconding.
