Saiyami Kher says her sports activities background helped her to be taught to take care of failure

MUMBAI: Actress Saiyami Kher attributes her persistent method in appearing to her disciplined background as a sportsperson.

Saiyami, an avid cricket fanatic, who has actively engaged in varied sports activities reminiscent ofBadminton, Sprinting and Tennis, stated: “Being a sportsperson instilled self-discipline in me from a younger age, a top quality that has confirmed invaluable in my journey as an actor.”

The actress added: “Sport has taught me a lot as an actor. Most significantly to simply accept failure and return and work more durable. Self-discipline is the bedrock of any athlete’s success, and that has helped me in an enormous manner with my appearing .”

The ‘Ghoomer’ actress emphasises that her sporting endeavours have nurtured her capability to stay centered, dedicated, and protracted.

As a cricketer and sports activities fanatic, Saiyami understands the essence of self-discipline, a top quality she believes is indispensable for any actor.

“Self-discipline isn’t just about coaching on the sector; it extends to each facet of being an actor, ” she added.
