Kangana Ranaut speaks on messing with Karan Johar and Emergency

Mumbai: Actress Kangana Ranaut has always been vocal about her opinions and has never shied away from speaking her mind. In a recent interview, she spoke about her earlier remarks of “messing with” Karan Johar and also talked about the emergency period in India.

Talking about her past comments, Kangana said that she did not mean anything personal against Karan Johar and that her comments were directed at the system. She stated, “I am not against Karan Johar as a person, but I am against the system that he represents.”

Further, she spoke about the emergency period in India and said that it was a dark time. She criticized the current government for not acknowledging the sacrifices made by people during that time and stated that there was a need to keep the memory of that period alive.

Kangana Ranaut is known for her outspoken nature and has often found herself in controversies because of it. She was last seen in the film “Thalaivi”, which was a biopic on the late Tamil Nadu Chief Minister J. Jayalalithaa.
