KOLKATA: A Border Safety Drive (BSF) jawan posted alongside the Indo-Bangladesh border at Tehatta in Nadia district in West Bengal has allegedly dedicated suicide by taking pictures himself together with his service revolver.

Sources stated that the incident occurred late Thursday night. He was first rushed to the native Karimpur Hospital in a profusely bleeding situation and as his situation began deteriorating he was rushed to Baharampur State Basic Hospital, the place succumbed.
