AU removes hostel assistant superintendent accused of assaulting pupil

PRAYAGRAJ: The Allahabad College (AU) administration has ordered the removing of an assistant superintendent of a hostel after a bunch of varsity college students continued their protest on the second consecutive day on Tuesday in opposition to an alleged assault on a fellow pupil.

The scholars have been demanding suspension of assistant superintendent of SSL hostel, the proctor and AU police outpost in-charge Vinay Singh.

They held demonstrations outdoors the varsity gate close to its central library, and staged a highway blockade for round three hours inflicting inconvenience to different college students and lecturers.

It was solely after the AU administration issued orders for removing of SSL hostel assistant superintendent Atul Narain Singh from his publish that the scholars lifted the highway blockade on Tuesday night.
