A Press Conference was held To introduce wine culture in india by the name of ‘Decode Wine Decorum with Beauty, Health & Wellness’ Homebrew Gossips, a progressive venture of first-generation entrepreneur Dr Babita Biswas, is coming up with a series of workshops on ‘Decode Wine Decorum’ to promote the wine culture in India.“The weillennials these days love to explore new cultures and concepts and even experiment with the latest trends, but at the same time they remain concerned about their health and wellness. The adoption of wine in their lifestyle is one crucial change that is powering its consumption in India,” says Dr Babita Biswas.
In the last few decades, wine consumption has grown manifold, thanks to the fantastic health benefits. However, sadly, there is a lack of awareness about how wine should be consumed or even served in India.
As wine is seen as a sophisticated and stylish drink compared to whiskey, scotch, and rum, it has gained humongous popularity.

“We felt there is a greater need for making people aware about wine, especially the youngsters who are more inclined towards alcoholic and other addictions. Moreover, we wish to take wine from being a social drink of the classes to that of the masses,” feels Dr Biswas.

Homebrew Gossips not only aims to serve the wine connoisseurs with some of the most innovative and unique flavours but also aims to educate the consumers about wine culture and etiquettes. ‘Decode Wine Decorum with Beauty, Health & Wellness’ is one such initiative that aims to develop a community of wine lovers in India.
“Not only will we have the sessions to bring about the much needed awareness about wine and the great benefits it has on human health, but we will also gift all the attendees the samples of our signature wine collection. Wine tasting sessions will also be an integral part of the workshop,” informed Dr Biswas.

Those interested can book their seat for the workshop at a nominal registration fee. To begin with, the workshops would be conducted in metros and tier-1 cities of India. Interested participants can also avail of the Early Bird Discount offer.

“Wine tasting is a three sip process done ideally with 10 ml. You can experience the magic of wine in three sips: first sip is to enhance the palate, second sip is to register the taste, and the third sip is to explore the properties and specialties of the wine overall,” says Dr Biswas.

The key highlight of the workshop is going to be Sangria. The participants would be able to learn about the making of Sangria from Dr Babita Biswas herself.

“Let’s spread the wine culture in India with proper education and awareness,” envisions Dr Biswas. About Homebrew Gossips
