New Delhi: In a significant leadership transition, Umesh Kaushik, the CEO of Xpert Times Network Private Limited, has officially stepped down from his role, effective May 5, 2025. His resignation marks the end of a dynamic two-year journey that witnessed major digital initiatives and media innovations under his leadership.

Kaushik, who also served as the company’s Web Developer, played a crucial role in shaping the platform’s identity and expanding its reach in the Indian digital media landscape. During his tenure, he successfully launched key projects such as the National Star Award, Bharat18, and Bombay Today, which brought fresh narratives and credibility to independent journalism.

In his official statement, Kaushik expressed gratitude to the board, colleagues, and supporters, stating, “I deeply appreciate the opportunities and experiences Xpert Times has given me. This chapter has been instrumental in my personal and professional growth.” He also clarified that he is not involved in any of the company’s previous civil cases.

Kaushik will now turn his full attention to his next entrepreneurial pursuit — Kaushik Films & Entertainment Company, a creative venture aimed at reshaping storytelling through digital film and content production.

The company has confirmed that Times of Up and Asiapedia will remain subsidiaries of Xpert Times following Kaushik’s departure.

As Xpert Times prepares for its next phase, industry peers and audiences alike will be watching closely to see how both Kaushik and the media house evolve in the ever-changing digital landscape.
