Richa Chadha Faces 4-hour Delay With IndiGo Flights, Highlights Monopoly In Aviation Sector

New Delhi, Jan 17 (IANS) Bollywood actress Richa Chadha on Wednesday stated that she too needed to face delays in two home flights of IndiGo airways.

She took to X and stated that she took three flights within the final three days, two had been with Indigo, and the third, a global flight, which was on time.

Reflecting on the delayed flights challenge, she prompt that components like fog in Delhi and the latest air present in Mumbai may need contributed to Indigo’s challenges.

“On my third flight in 3 days… day 1, @IndiGo6E delayed by over 4 hours. Day 2, @IndiGo6E delayed by 4 hours. However the one direct flights on some routes are sometimes Indigo. Day 3, worldwide flight, no drawback,” her tweet learn.

“On the 14th of Jan, there was an air present in Mumbai, due to which the runway was closed within the morning. After which fog/smog in North India – Delhi runway closed. Ripple impact? Flights delayed everywhere in the nation, workers overextended. I’m stunned just one individual received bodily assaulted as a result of tempers had been operating very excessive (I don’t condone violence),” she added on X.

“Lesson: Monopoly – whether or not airways, airport possession or management – creates lack of accountability. Frequent residents endure, with no recourse. Until we don’t recognise it, we might be at an obstacle whereas paying by way of our noses. And if we don’t get up, we deserve it,” she expressed.
