The iconic Don franchise is returning with a new don, being none other than the dashing and energetic Ranveer Singh.
Farhan Akhtar shared the teaser for the film was on his twitter handle.
Ranveer is seen delivering a monologue in the teaser ending it with the iconic don dialogue “mai hoon don”.
The film is directed by Farhan, and will mark a new era in the franchise.
Farhan’s earlier tweet hinted on a new entry in the cast, building great anticipation among the loyal fan base of the film.
Don’ starred Shah Rukh Khan, Priyanka Chopra and Boman Irani in prominent roles. The film was released in 2006 and won Best Asian Film at the Neuchatel International Fantastic Film Festival.
The film was a remake of the groundbreaking hit 1978’s Don, featuring Amitabh Bachchan in the lead role.
