A kashmir based non governmental organization which is working as a platform for the Vulnerable groups and socially deprived sections of the society was founded in 2009 with an aim to serve the society with dignity and to empower the down trodden sections of the society to achieve their respective goals. A couple of engineering students from different areas of kashmir who had jointly took an initiative in chandigarh, Punjab When j&k was under unprecedented calm down after the abrogation article 370 when the students from j&k couldn’t get any access with their families due to the internet Blockade. These students formed an organization called Mooj Kasheer welfare Trust with sole aim to help the stranded students who couldn’t get in a contact back home. The first initiative of the organisation was to help these students financially and morally. In collaboration with Khalisa Aid international, this organization has successfully achieved a milestone of helping 800 students from different areas.

Under the chairmanship of Amir Rasheed Wani the organization has come up with a dozens initiatives such as marriage assistance, monthly food kits, ambulance services, drug stores based on no profit no loss, drug de addiction drives, cleanliness drives, anti dowry campaigns and in future its plan is to lay the foundation of an orphanage for street beggars and orphans, Educational Institute and nursing home. Mooj Kasheer welfare trust with public distributions is disturbing everyday more than 300 food kits of iftari in different areas of central kashmir. People from different sections of the society are jointly appreciating the efforts made by these young minds for the people of jammu snd kashmir.
