Massive Blaze at Haldia Petrochemicals Pipeline Leaves 20 Hurt

A major fire broke out at a naphtha pipeline connected to the Haldia Petrochemicals Limited (HPL) complex in West Bengal, leaving at least 20 people injured and triggering a large-scale emergency response. The incident sent thick plumes of black smoke into the sky, prompting authorities to activate safety protocols and deploy multiple fire tenders to contain the blaze.

According to preliminary information, the fire erupted near the naphtha pipeline section of the petrochemical facility during routine industrial operations.
