ISKCON responds to ‘selling cow remark’ by maneka gandhi

ISKCON’s Director of communication Yudhistir Govinda Das has responded to Maneka Gandhi’s comment on the organization selling cows.

Yudhistir called Gandhi’s allegations as “unsubstantiated” and “false statements“.

He mentioned in his statement that ISKCON has been in the forefront of cow and bull protection and care not just in India but globally.

The organisation has a posted statement by a veterinary doctor about the gaushala.

He posted assessment by MLA’s who are regular visitors at the gaushala as well.

After the video of Maneka Gandhi, BJP MP and animal right advocate went viral, many netizens sought probe on the matter.

The MP had said ISKCON sells the calves and has no dry cows in their gaushala.
