Delhi metro: Services delayed on the yellow line

the Delhi metro rail corporation(DMRC) informed the passengers that there is a delay in metro services on the yellow line. The delay was between Kashmere gate and the central secretariat, as informed by DMRC

DMRC informed via a tweet, “Yellow Line Update. Delay in services between Kashmere Gate and Central Secretariat. Normal service on all other lines,”

several commuters were stranded as services were disrupted on the Delhi metro yellow line. a Twitter user wrote,  “Services are severely affected at all the stations of Yellow line.”

“Don’t call it a delay when the service has stopped altogether. No metro is going towards Huda City Centre from Kashmere Gate. People are being asked to take the violet line,” another user wrote.

in another tweet, DMRC advised commuters to use the Violet line and insured them that efforts are being made to solve the problem and restore normal services

“Commuters traveling between Kashmere Gate and Central Secretariat can also use the Violet Line. All efforts are being made to restore normal services on the impacted portion in Yellow Line,” tweeted by DMRC.
