Mumbai : Actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui’s former house help, Sapna Robin Masih, who recently recorded a video claiming that the actor had left her stranded in Dubai without food and money, has retracted her statement. In a new video, Sapna has admitted to being pressured into making false allegations against the actor and apologized for her behavior. She stated that she did not wish any harm to Nawazuddin and acknowledged him as a good person.

Sapna also spoke about the ongoing divorce battle between Nawazuddin and his estranged wife, Aaliyah Siddiqui. She expressed regret for the previous video and stated that the allegations made by Aaliyah in the case were false. She also said that she did not want any action to be taken against Nawazuddin and urged him to return home.

Aaliyah Siddiqui had filed a case against Nawazuddin, accusing him of harassment and a property dispute. Her lawyer had also claimed that Aaliyah and their children were being held against their will in Nawazuddin’s Mumbai house. However, Sapna’s retraction of her previous statement has raised questions about the veracity of Aaliyah’s allegations.
