KANPUR: A bride eloped along with her boyfriend from the sweetness parlour the place she went to prepare for the marriage.

The bride’s father has filed an FIR within the matter and police are seeking the girl whereas the groom and his relations have returned residence.

The incident occurred on Tuesday in Chaubepur village. The bride, accompanied by her buddy, went to the sweetness parlour to prepare for the ceremony. Wearing a crimson outfit, the bride later left for the marriage venue after preparing.

Nonetheless, she didn’t return residence and when her enquired about her, they came upon that the bride had run away along with her boyfriend. Then, they knowledgeable the groom concerning the incident, who, together with the marriage procession, went residence.

In line with the knowledge, the bride’s household has been residing in Lucknow for 25 years, and he or she was concerned in a relationship with a person there. Nonetheless, her household was not in favour of the connection and wished her to get married to somebody from their neighborhood.

Therefore, they went again to their native village Chaubepur in Kanpur.

ACP Vijay Dhull stated that the girl was already in contact with the boy over the telephone, and was towards getting married as per her household’s needs.

In the meantime, the groom’s household stated that there was no purpose for the bride’s aspect to method them with the wedding proposal once they already knew she was in a relationship with another person. They added it could have saved them from humiliation.

The bride’s household, however, are unwilling to speak concerning the incident.
