NEW DELHI: NTPC Inexperienced Power Restricted (NGEL) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Maharashtra Authorities for the event of Inexperienced Hydrogen and derivatives (Inexperienced Ammonia, Inexperienced Methanol) of as much as 1 million tonnes capability every year, the general public sector energy big stated on Tuesday.

The plan contains Pump Hydro Tasks of two GW and improvement of renewable vitality tasks with or with out storage as much as 5 GW within the state. NTPC has plans to construct renewable vitality capability of 60 GW by 2032, based on the corporate assertion.
