Terrorists assault military convoy in Poonch – Information At present

A bunch of terrorists opened fireplace on a convoy of Military automobiles in Poonch district of Jammu and Kashmir on Friday night. The troopers retaliated and engaged in a gunfight with the attackers, who reportedly fled from the scene. No casualties have been reported among the many safety forces. A joint search operation by the Military and the Jammu and Kashmir Police is underway.

The incident occurred close to Krishna Ghati space, the place senior Military officers, together with Lieutenant Common Upendra Dwivedi, the Northern Command chief, are stationed to plot methods to counter the rising terror incidents.

That is the second such assault on the Military on this area in current weeks. Earlier, 4 troopers have been killed and 5 others have been wounded in a terrorist ambush in Dera Ki Gali space of Poonch, 40 km away from the positioning of as we speak’s assault.
