Steven Spielberg Praises Cast of SS Rajamouli’s ‘RRR’ in Interaction with the Filmmaker

Mumbai : SS Rajamouli is basking in the glory of all the international recognition that his film “RRR” has received. After having a meeting with James Cameron and Steven Spielberg, Rajamouli recently interviewed the latter. Spielberg’s latest film “The Fabelsman,” which released in India on February 10, is creating a lot of buzz at the Oscars 2023 and is considered to be a strong contender for the Best Picture award.

During the interview with Spielberg, Rajamouli spoke at length about the filmmaker’s coming-of-age drama. The director of “The Fabelsman” also praised “RRR” and expressed his admiration for the performances of Jr NTR, Ram Charan, and Alia Bhatt in the magnum opus.

Spielberg had high praise for the cast of “RRR,” saying, “I thought your movie was outstanding… it was just amazing. The performances of Rama (Jr NTR), Ram (Charan), and Alia (Bhatt), as well as Alison Doody, were just fantastic. The visual style was beautiful and extraordinary to look at and experience. Congratulations on ‘RRR’!” Rajamouli was overjoyed at Spielberg’s remarks and stated, “It means a lot to me.”

“RRR” also features Ajay Devgn in an extended cameo role. The film’s song “Natu Naatu” won the Golden Globe for Best Original Song and is nominated for the 95th Academy Awards.
