One and only sports spectacle cum business entrepreneur, bashing her thighs with her bare knuckle hands and signalling the winning stigma of number one, Ronak Gulia has seen it all in her hard, grueling wrestling days. The long, toiling days and night finally paid off as now she is a decorated athlete with more than six state championships, two national championships and two Bharat Kesari medals to her name.

The apotheosis of success has not been an easy achievement for Rounak but she managed to walk the talk with the support of her family, especially her husband and in laws. These days, looking back at a desperate lack of nutrition available to athletes, Ronak has embarked on a business enterprise, Rapid Nutrition, to upscale the quality of food available for athletes and to raise more awareness about the need for better intake of nutrients.
