New Delhi : Indian Captain Rohit Sharma Dismissed Early on in Third Test Against Australia, Kohli’s Struggles Against Spin Continues. Rohit Sharma was given two let-offs in the first over, but failed to capitalize on them and was dismissed for 12 runs off 23 balls. Virat Kohli’s coach, Rajkumar Sharma, later stated that Rohit would have connected with the ball had he played it with the turn. The Indian batting order’s struggle against spin was also exposed as left-arm spinner Matthew Kuhnemman picked up his maiden five-wicket haul, bowling out India for a mere 109 runs.

Despite Ravindra Jadeja taking four wickets for India, Usman Khawaja stood out for Australia with his 60 runs off 147 balls as they ended the day at 156 for four, taking a 47-run lead.
