Rishabh Pant, the wicket-keeper batsman for the Indian cricket team, suffered major injuries in a car accident last year. When Pant was in an accident, he was driving to Roorkee. Rishabh Pant received first care at the Max Hospital in Dehradun following this terrible event. The cricketer was then sent to Mumbai’s Kokilaben Hospital. Pant had surgery at Kokilaben Hospital itself a few days prior.

Now, Pant has undergone a significant revamp. The cricketer underwent surgery for ligament reconstruction. But barely half of the task is finished. Within the following six weeks, Rishabh Pant is anticipated to have another procedure. In such a circumstance, Rishabh Pant is anticipated to miss the IPL, Asia Cup, and the ODI World Cup, which will take place in October-November. It will be extremely difficult for Rishabh Pant to be ready for the World Cup, according to a senior BCCI executive.

It is too early to predict when he would return, the senior official told the media. But things do not seem promising, based on his most recent medical report. He will be out of commission for at least 8 to 9 months, and it’s likely that he won’t play in the World Cup either. However, everything hinges on how Pant’s next operation goes.
