NODWIN Gaming acquires Comedian Con India for Rs 55 cr

NEW DELHI: E-sports and gaming firm NODWIN Gaming on Wednesday mentioned it has acquired Comedian Con India, which hosts pop cultural festivals concentrating on youth throughout the nation, for Rs 55 crore.

As a part of the transaction, NODWIN Gaming will purchase 100 per cent of the shares of Comedian Con India at a valuation of Rs 55 crore by a mixture of money and share swap from the founders of Comedian Con India — Jatin Varma and Karan Kalra.

The managing crew at Comedian Con India may even grow to be shareholders in NODWIN Gaming by swapping their 27.5 crore shares with NODWIN shares.
