The Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) has requested the President’s approval to prosecute Satyendar Jain, a senior leader of the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) and former Delhi Minister. This move follows an investigation by the Enforcement Directorate (ED), which has gathered substantial evidence implicating Jain in alleged financial crimes, including money laundering and corruption.

Satyendar Jain, who held the Health Ministry portfolio in the Delhi government, has been under the ED’s radar for some time.
