Every woman in this world holds the power to break free from her barriers and rise to the extreme with her inherent potential, but she often cannot due to her family pressures or poor economic conditions. Sometimes her dreams were demolished by her family members and relatives or sometimes she could not achieve them due to lack of knowledge, education and awareness. JCF- Jove conscious Foundation is one such organization, established to help unprivileged girls get employment driven, skill-based knowledge to give wings to their dreams. Essentially, JCF is a non-governmental, a women based organization, established in 2015 and it is active in mundka village in the north west part of Delhi, india.
Being a driven women empowerment ngo in delhi, JCF envisions a society where women are self- reliant, by self-reliance we mean that women should be autonomous and confident, individually and collectively, both economically and in terms of their decision-making ability.
Women and girls in India are trapped in a cycle of poverty due to a lack of diverse education and skill-building opportunities. Girls are often pulled out of school to take over household responsibilities and many of them never get the opportunity to even go back and live a life of dignity and become independent. Even in cases where they complete their education, they aren’t given the opportunity to work.
We at Jove Conscious Foundation intend to bridge this opportunity gap by providing Skill Development and Vocational Training Programmes across India to help these girls and young women become more employable, gain access to a variety of opportunities and attain financial independence.
Being a women empowerment foundations, JCF aims to provide dynamic skill programs that equip participants with market-ready technical skills and the soft and personal skills that are required to find and define a rewarding career.
Women in the informal sector are eager to develop their skills in order to enhance their livelihoods, but do not have access to opportunities. JCF skill academy in mundaka, delhi steps in to help these women with women-organized skill building workshops, trainings, and events that develop both traditional practices and modern skills. JCF aims to invest in the entrepreneurial capital, develop the marketing, sales, design, and business skills to strengthen and grow their businesses.
JCF aims to offer a variety of women free skill development programs (both trade and soft skills), depending on the needs of women and employment opportunities in the area. These include:

– Beauty and wellness
Jove conscious foundation is a government recognised, & a government approved organization relentlessly working towards the overall development of women and the causes related to them.
