HPCL posts Rs 529 cr internet revenue in Oct-Dec quarter

NEW DELHI: Public sector oil advertising and marketing firm Hindustan Petroleum Company Restricted (HPCL) reported a revenue of Rs 529 crore for the October-December quarter, which is a 3-fold improve over the corresponding determine of Rs 172 crore for a similar quarter of the earlier 12 months.

Nevertheless, the Q3 internet revenue was almost 90 per cent decrease than the corresponding determine of Rs 5, 118 crore reported by the oil main for previous July-September quarter of the present monetary 12 months.

HPCL’s standalone complete revenue rose 2 per cent year-on-year in Q3 to Rs 1.18 lakh crore from Rs 1.16 lakh crore in the identical quarter final 12 months.

Home gross sales rose by 3 per cent year-on-year within the third quarter of 2023-24 to 11.3 million metric tonne (MMT).

The corporate’s working margin expanded by 0.22 per cent year-on-year to 0.7 per cent throughout the third quarter.
