Four members of a family were killed in UP after a car struck their bicycle.

In Pratapgarh, Uttar Pradesh, a motorbike carrying four family members was struck by a car on Saturday morning, according to the police.The family members were taken to the medical college for treatment after being seriously hurt in the collision between the speeding car and the motorbike close to Shivdayal Ganj in Prithviganj town.

There, doctors declared two of them Manoj Singh, 39, a resident of Sangipur Pratapgarh, and his son Shivam, 8—dead, according to Additional Superintendent of Police (East) Vidyasagar Mishra. Manoj Singh’s wife Seema (34), along with their 10-year-old daughter Sapna, were hurt in the collision. They were sent to SRN Hospital in Prayagraj, but they passed away from their wounds, he claimed.
