CRM and ERP do have a little bit of an overlap in some areas, and therefore can be integrated with each other. However, as the main functionalities are different for both the systems, it is best to consider them as standalone system.

MyPremise  offers an all-in-one solution to any premises like offices, schools, colleges, societies, gyms, hospitals etc. to manage, track and take data driven decisions through its management software.

In Conversation with Mr. Shishir Saurabh, Founder of MyPremise – Techlusive

Our readers are curious to know about how you came up with the idea to start MyPremise? Tell us about your journey so far.

Shishir: Earlier this year, we founded MyPremise with a mission to upgrade the way any premises work. We were quite aware of the challenges faced by organizations, and we had a solution for it. Since then, it has been a wonderful and rewarding journey. We are really excited and confident about our venture MyPremise and we are sure that MyPremise would become the preferred choice among organizations.

What sets you apart from your competitors, given that CRMs are abundant in the market today?

Shishir: Yes, there are a lot of mid and big players in the market. However, MyPremise offers a unique, next-gen platform powered by advanced technologies. We feel proud in serving the needs and requirements of the client and ensuring that they’re getting the best of MyPremise solution.

How have CRM/ERP solutions evolved in the past few decades?

Shishir: CRM/ERP solutions are no longer just about ticket management, lead management or bill generations. Now, firms are increasingly leveraging CRM to automate and streamline customer engagement, data management, and support.

Solutions like MyPremise have evolved over the years, offering customers a better understanding of what they need and how to best serve them. It’s also widely used by businesses to forecast customer purchase patterns, and ultimately to deliver the best customer experience.

What is your strategy moving forward in the new normal?

Shishir: We’re looking forward to keeping up with the “new normal” and making sure that campuses have every tool they need to build strong customer relationships. In any changing environment, we will be ready to adapt and improvise.

The solutions available from MyPremise depend on the organization type and industry. Tell us more about how the customizations work.

Shishir: ERP and CRM needs vary from industry to industry and from small to large businesses. We at MyPremise take time to understand the business workflow and the requirements of every customer post which we provide them with all the tools they need.  MyPremise configures the product to meet their needs.

What is the biggest learning you have gained from your journey so far?

Shishir: Customer input and feedback have become increasingly valuable to MyPremise. Additionally, when competing in a highly competitive market, it’s essential to remain focused on the end goal, be open to changes, and get complete clarity on what your enterprise is going to contribute.

Any advice to the young entrepreneurs starting out in this field?

Shishir: The one advice I would give to young entrepreneurs who are entering this industry is to not get intimidated or overwhelmed by large companies.

What is your vision and plan for taking MyPremise to greater heights in the next 3 years?

Shishir: Ha-ha, it’s too early to say this but we would definitely want to scale our operations and expand our presence in additional markets.

I am sure a lot of people would want to connect with you today and in future. Would you like to share your contact details?

Shishir: Sure, we are just an email away. You can write us at contact@mypremise.in. Alternatively, you can also visit www.mypremise.in for more info.
