Mumbai: Director Dinesh Sudarshan Soi is having a busy year with multiple releases in the pipeline. He is directing a handful of music videos, and the filmmaker is bringing an array of fresh talents to the forefront. His last directorial was for Harjot Kaur’s single ‘Channa Ve’. Soi is now all geared up to shoot another music video titled ‘Dakshin Dilli’.
If the reports are to be believed, the director will fly to Goa on May 3 to shoot for the song. Currently, Dinesh Sudarshan Soi has a jam-packed schedule, and he has limited dates to allot for upcoming projects. Sources close to him suggest that ‘Dakshin Dilli’ will release within two weeks after being shot in Goa. We hear that his team wants to release the track on May 17, which is his birthday.
However, there is no official confirmation about it. For ‘Dakshin Dilli’, Dinesh Soi has teamed up with singer Shubhankit Sharma once again. He had earlier lent his voice to ‘Dynamite’ & ‘Khwaab’, both peppy numbers directed by Mr. Soi. Looks like the duo is all set to weave magic yet again with ‘Dakshin Dilli’. While Shubhankit will feature in the musical, TV actress Joyitaa Chatterjee will be seen as the female lead. Moreover, Soi is also launching Brijesh Srivastava in this enchanting track as lead boy. Brijesh has been a model, entrepreneur and an investor. The handsome man is now looking forward to showcasing his versatility as a prolific artist.
Interestingly, Brijesh Srivastava has produced ‘Dakshin Dilli’. In addition, the track is co-produced by Puneet Narang. As far as the song genre is concerned, there is a strong say that ‘Dakshin Dilli’ is a rap song with an amalgamation of upbeat music and an appealing presentation. Besides singing the song, Shubhankit Sharma has written the lyrics for ‘Dakshin Dilli’.
