Delhi: Son kills 64-year-old mother in Rohini area

Delhi crime news According to the police, a 64-year-old woman was murdered by her son today (July 7) in Delhi’s Rohini neighborhood. The suspect, 38-year-old Rinku Deol, has been taken into custody by the police and is apparently receiving mental health therapy.

The police claim that at about 4:30 pm on Friday, they received a PCR call reporting the attack of an old woman in Rohini.

The local police responded to the call, arrived on the scene, and discovered the woman who was hurt. She was sent right away to the BSA Hospital, where a senior police officer pronounced her dead.

At the KNK Marg police station, a case has been opened under Section 302 (murder) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC).

The widow allegedly died at the hands of her son Rinku, it has been claimed. According to the family members, Rinku is receiving therapy for mental health problems. The suspect has been apprehended, and additional investigation is being conducted, the officer stated.
