Couple tries to flee Lucknow hospital, leaving new child woman behind

LUCKNOW: Excessive drama was witnessed on the Jhalkari Bai Hospital in Lucknow after a pair tried to flee the hospital, forsaking a new child woman on Monday.

Hospital employees and police stopped the couple from leaving.

The hospital’s Chief Medical Superintendent, Dr Nivedita Kar stated, “The lady, a resident of Lucknow Cantonment, gave delivery to a lady by way of caesarean part on the hospital on January 22. The newborn’s situation worsened on the ninth day, necessitating oxygen help.”

“The couple tried to depart the hospital whereas medical doctors have been attending to the child. The lady who was leaving the hospital with an IV catheter in her hand was noticed by the safety guard. Hospital staff tried to cease her however in useless. The hospital employees then knowledgeable the police, ” she added.

Later the couple agreed to stay within the hospital.

The hospital employees is maintaining a watch on them even because the child is present process therapy.
