Clara Menezes is a 38 year old woman residing in Lodha Palava, Dombivili. Her principle in life is to stay happy and make others happy with a smile. She loves dancing and making humours short videos.
In 2013, Clara and her family met with a terrible road tragedy and she was badly injured. She had 2 metal rods and 4 nails in her right leg and her spine was also affected. She was bed-ridden for a span of 4 months. She was unable to walk and lost hopes that her feet will ever touch the ground and work. Her husband and her family kept motivating her and she didn’t losed hopes then. Today, Clara can work,run and dance perfectly with her legs just because of her strong willpower.
Then, in September 2021, she participated in Face of Thane. It is s beauty pageant contest and she bagged two titles, “Most popular face of thane” and “Mrs. Goodwill Face of Thane”Then, she was awarded by Taare Zameen Par Magazine as most influential person and she was featured in the magazine. She was then featured in Mount Kenya Times which is an international newspaper. She also won the Global Iconic Achiever Award in the ‘inspiring women personality’ category.
She says that her husband, Steve Menezes is her biggest inspiration who has always supported her and motivated her
