CCI approves the acquisition of Marnix Lux by Concentrix Corporation

The purchase of Marnix Lux by Concentrix Corporation and the shareholders of Marnix Lux acquiring stock in the combined firm have been approved by the Competition Commission of India (CCI).

The proposed merger calls for the indirect acquisition of Marnix Lux SA (Marnix Lux) by Concentrix Corporation and the acquisition of about 22% of the combined company’s shares by Marnix Lux’s stockholders.

An American corporation with a public listing is called Concentrix Corporation. According to reports, it is involved in the information technology and services made possible by the information technology segment known as customer experience services.

The parent firm of Webhelp S.A.S. (Webhelp) is Marnix Lux. According to reports, Webhelp is engaged in the delivery of specialized services and business process outsourcing services.
