Beginning on January 31, the Parliament will hold its budget session for the forthcoming fiscal year 2023–23. The Economic Survey will head off the conference. The general budget will be presented by Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman the next day, on February 1. Describe the two sections that make up the Parliament’s budget session. The President addresses a joint session of both Houses on January 30 or 31 to start off the first phase. The budget is provided on February 1st during this phase. On February 8 or 9, the budget session’s first phase comes to a close. The second phase of the budget session typically starts in the second week of March and lasts until the first few days of May.
