Denis Villeneuve expresses want to depart ‘Dune’ franchise as trilogy

LOS ANGELES: Filmmaker Denis Villeneuve has insisted that after the second flick ‘Dune: Half Two’, which adopted the 2021 epic conflict movie, tailored from Frank Herbert’s authentic traditional novel, ‘Dune Messiah’ can be his final outing if it is green-lit, regardless of there being 4 extra books.
