New Delhi: The Supreme Courtroom’s two-judge bench on Tuesday delivered a cut up verdict in a plea filed by former Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister and TDP supremo N Chandrababu Naidu looking for to quash FIR and legal proceedings towards him within the Talent Growth rip-off case.

Justices Aniruddha Bose and Bela Trivedi disagreed on the interpretation of Part 17A of the Prevention of the Corruption Act and referred the matter to the Chief Justice of India.

Naidu was arrested on September 9 final 12 months for allegedly misappropriating funds from the Talent Growth Company when he was the CM in 2015, inflicting a purported lack of Rs 371 crore to the state exchequer. Naidu has denied the allegations.
