Today in New Delhi, the Report Fish Disease App was inaugurated by Minister of State for Fisheries, Animal Husbandry, and Dairy Dr. L Murugun and Minister of Fisheries, Animal Husbandry, and Dairying Parshottam Rupala.

The software created for the aquaculture industry enables speedy reporting of disease cases and also gives farmers involved in aquaculture immediate guidance. The farmers will have immediate access to district fisheries officers and scientists thanks to this app.

Fisheries is a significant economic area, according to Mr. Rupala, who described this software as helpful for the aquaculture industry. He claimed that farmers involved in aquaculture will benefit from quick responses in cases of fish disease thanks to this software.

Dr. Murugan stated that this software is a significant accomplishment for the fisheries industry when speaking on this occasion. According to him, following Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s vision, the government has taken a number of actions to develop the fishing industry. He claimed that by taking these actions, the country’s ability to export fish was increased.
